Care Coordinator Outreach
Our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator will contact you to discuss:
- Consultation options
- Review associated consultation fees
- Provide an estimated surgical cost range
- Answer your initial questions
Surgical Consultation
You will meet with your operating surgeon to review your condition, confirm candidacy and discuss the recommended treatment plan
Scheduling
Once you decide to proceed, your Patient Care Coordinator will guide you through:
- Surgical date selection
- Payment timelines and instructions
Full payment is due within three (3) business days of confirming your surgery date to secure your booking and allow our team to finalize surgical and facility arrangements on your behalf.
Pre Surgery Preparation
Our trusted Partner Facility will reach out to provide detailed pre-operative instructions.
Our Patient Care Coordinator will support you with arranging hotel and transportation arrangements if required
Day of Surgery
You will arrive at our Partner Surgical Facility where our clinical team will guide you through your procedure
Post Operative Support
A nurse from our Partner Surgical Facility will follow up with you the day after your procedure
A virtual follow-up with your operating Surgeon typically occurs 2-3 weeks following
Physiotherapy referrals or appointments will be arranged as appropriate
